Michal is a film producer, NFTS graduate, and founder of Now or Never Talents.

He holds an MFA in Film Producing from the National Film and Television School and a BA in Film Production Management from the Polish National Film School in Łódź, two of the most competitive film programmes in the world, both completed with distinction.

As an independent producer, Michal runs Now or Never Pictures, a boutique production company based in London and Warsaw. He has produced several short films that have screened at festivals across the UK and the United States. Two of them were longlisted for BAFTA Awards. He gained his experience working alongside some of the most respected companies in the industry, including Left Bank Pictures, EON Productions, and Universal Pictures.

Michal founded Now or Never Talents because of a gap he experienced first-hand. When he was applying to film school, he was one of thousands of aspiring filmmakers seeking serious, industry-led guidance, but he could not find it. What existed was either too generic, too academic, or too far removed from the realities of the industry he wanted to enter.

Now or Never Talents exists to change that. Michal brings to every filmmaker not just the knowledge of someone who has been through the process — but the perspective of a working producer who is still very much in the industry, their career is heading toward.
